What if I have not received my order?
Do note that this is a pre-launch promotion period and that our inventory is estimated to arrive on 21 Jan 2020. We will dispatch all orders placed before 20 Jan 2020 (inclusive) immediately when we receive our inventory.
Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or @theofficialmemebao (instagram) for an update on the status of an order unless you gave us the wrong address, then in that case you messed up (lol jk update us asap).
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and PayPal.
Is it safe to order online?
You can rest assure that shopping with Memebao is safe. People who use memes for illegal scams should be fed to the lions in Singapore Zoo.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it is likely that we have already processed your order. Plus the letterbox is just beside my house so it’s damn convenient lar. However, you may want to contact us immediately by emailing to email@example.com or slideeeee into our dm at @theofficialmemebao to check just in case you sibeh heng.
What are my delivery options?
All orders are delivered using Singpost Standard Mail by default. Do worry yo, limpeh buy stamp for you. Alternatively, we also provide you the option to use courier delivery through Ninjavan at the cost of $3.90.
What countries do you deliver to?
Singapore andddddddd wait for it, Malaysia too. But do expect delivery to take much longer.
How long does delivery take?
Local delivery will typically take 3-5 working days.
Can I exchange an item?
We apologise in advance if you have received a damaged product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange within 7 days of receipt before you bang table at the nearest police station. No, it doesn’t work that way and yes, we will be more than happy to accede to your request.
Can I refund an item?
Unless your order went horribly wrong, we hope you understand that we do not take refunds. If you are really unhappy with our products, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
